
Once you’re ready to get started, you register online and sign up. Shortly afterward, our customer success team will reach out to set up your onboarding.
This first call introduces you to the team, walks you through the weekly live group coaching sessions, and helps you navigate the programme. You’ll know where everything is, how to get support, and what to focus on first.
Then you get your GTM sessions. GTM stands for go to market. These sessions are where we set and agree your goals for the next 12 months. We define what success looks like for you, identify your best fit clients, and clarify the message that gives the right people a reason to start a conversation.
This is not a vague goal setting exercise. We get specific. What results do you want in the first 90 days? How does that connect to your longer term revenue goals? Which of the five pathways fits your situation and how you want to operate?
By the end of your GTM sessions, you have direction. You know who you’re targeting, what you’re saying, and which system you’re implementing.
From there, each coaching session is focused on taking action steps. You’re not logging in to learn something new for the sake of learning. You’re implementing. Every session moves you closer to leads, conversations, and clients.
Alongside the live sessions is our digital portal. This includes demonstrations, videos, frameworks, and templates. As you implement, there are guides to help you learn as you go. You don’t need to watch hours of content before you start. You access what you need when you need it.
The weekly group coaching calls are where you get feedback on your specific situation. You can ask questions, get input on your messaging, and troubleshoot when something isn’t working. These calls are lifetime access, so you’re never left without support.
During the programme, the customer success team will reach out and check on your progress. They keep you accountable and make sure you’re not stuck. If something is slowing you down, they help you get moving again.
If you’re a Pro or Elite member, you also get 1:1 feedback and guidance. Pro members receive 12 months of direct support from the Accelerator team. Elite members get dedicated coaching sessions with a success coach who works with you personally on implementation.
The structure is designed to get you results, not to overwhelm you with information. You implement one step at a time. You get coached through the process. You have a team checking in on your progress.
