We’re excited to announce the launch of Build Beyond Referrals: One Day Intensive, a new live training day built to give coaches, consultants and expert-led businesses a repeatable system for winning clients that doesn’t depend on referrals, reputation or word of mouth.
We’re bringing it to three UK cities this September:

Why we built this
We work with thousands of expert businesses every month, and we keep seeing the same thing. Brilliant people whose entire pipeline rests on being recommended. It works beautifully, right up until referrals slow, a key client moves on, or the market tightens. Then there’s no system to fall back on.
The truth is, most experts aren’t short of skill. They’re short of a system. Referrals are wonderful, but being referral dependent isn’t something you can control. We built Build Beyond Referrals to give you the opposite of that: a repeatable way to create demand on purpose.
What you’ll build in a day
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a hands-on working day, and you’ll leave with a working system rather than a notebook of theory.
You’ll move through our complete ten-part client acquisition system, from choosing the right audience and building an offer people want to buy, through to generating leads consistently and turning conversations into signed clients. At every step you won’t just learn the framework, you’ll build your own version of it in the room.
The whole day is built around three things we teach as the foundation of predictable growth:
- Proposition, giving the right people a clear reason to buy.
- Pre-selling, building trust and demand before you ever pitch.
- Pipeline, a repeatable way to generate and convert leads, month after month.
