Maverrik’s US Tour: 11 Workshops, 6 Cities, 600+ People Trained

Dean Seddon, Kurtis Lee and Martin Sherwood have just returned from a two-week trip across the United States, delivering social selling training to more than 600 people.

The team ran 11 workshops in total, starting in Orlando and finishing up in Las Vegas. In between, they stopped in Tampa, West Palm Beach, Miami and Phoenix.

Every session focused on helping attendees get results from LinkedIn without the spam, the endless posting, or the awkward cold outreach that gives social selling a bad name. Attendees learned Maverrik’s approach to building pipeline and winning clients in around 30 minutes a day.

The workshops covered everything from profile optimisation and content strategy to using Sales Navigator effectively. The common theme across all six cities was the same: people wanted a smarter way to use LinkedIn, not a louder one.

This trip adds to Maverrik’s growing international footprint. The team has now trained over 150,000 people in 11 countries, working with businesses of all sizes including Citibank and Salesforce.

More international training events are planned for later this year.
